Brian Penfield

Brian Penfield has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Brian began their career in 1996 as a Store Director at Nash Finch Company, where they were responsible for various aspects of store management, including layout, profitability, inventory control, and customer relations. In 2004, they joined Target as a Store Team Leader, overseeing a $45 million retail store and managing a team of 200+ employees. In this role, they demonstrated strong financial analysis skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In 2013, Penfield joined Sendik's Food Market as a Store Director and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Director of Operations. In 2016, they were promoted to Produce Director, demonstrating their ability to effectively lead and develop teams. Throughout their career, Penfield has consistently contributed to achieving or exceeding company financial objectives and has demonstrated a strong focus on training and development.

Brian Penfield attended Mount Senario College from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science. Later, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Carroll University, studying Business.
