Senior Customer Happiness Champion at Sendle

Maurine Teaño has a diverse work experience in various customer service and communications roles. Maurine started their career as an intern for the Media and Communications Department at Save the Children Philippines in 2016. Teaño then joined Campaigntrack in 2017 and held roles such as Account Coordinator, where they ensured the marketing requirements of real estate agents in New Zealand were met within deadlines, and Account Supervisor, where they supported the team's workflow and maintained client relationships. In 2020, Teaño joined Sendle as a Customer Happiness Champion, and later became a Senior Customer Happiness Champion. Maurine is currently working at Startup Grind Tokyo as a Content Writer.

Maurine Teaño completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, with a Development Studies track, at Miriam College from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Career Service Professional from the Civil Service Commission in February 2020, and Google Ads Search and Google Ads Display certifications from Google Ads in June 2020 and February 2020 respectively.
