Danielle Evans

Danielle Evans is an experienced leader in customer education and training, currently serving as the Director of Customer Education at Sendoso since February 2023. In this role, Danielle leads the team and strategy for Customer Education, managing a group of three team members to foster growth and cross-training. Prior to Sendoso, Danielle held several positions at Reputation from May 2017 to February 2023, including Manager of Training & Digital Strategy, where responsibilities included overseeing customer training visions and mentoring a team of trainers. Previous experience includes roles at G/O Digital and ReachMail Media Services, where Danielle excelled in account management and client success. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
