Heather Arkwright Williams

Heather Arkwright Williams has a diverse range of work experience in customer success and client management roles. Heather is currently the Director of Customer Success at Sendoso, where they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Webgility, Inc. from July 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at Televerde, including Sr. Manager of Client Success and Manager of Client Success, from November 2019 to July 2021.

Heather also has experience in agent management, as they worked as a Senior Success Manager of Agent Experience at Liveops, Inc. from February 2019 to November 2019. Additionally, they have held positions in strategic services and community management at Higher Logic, where they worked from April 2016 to February 2019. Their career started as a Customer Success Manager at WeddingWire in January 2013, where they worked until April 2016.

Heather Arkwright Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from American University. Heather also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from Arizona State University. Heather has an additional certification in ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase.
