Quentin Renaudo

Quentin Renaudo is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management (CRM) with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Lead and CRM Lead at Sendwave and Zepz since November 2021, Quentin previously held the position of Technical CRM Marketing Manager and Lifecycle Manager at CMC Markets from April 2020 to November 2021. Prior experience includes operational and growth management at DICE and PeoplePerHour.com, respectively. Quentin also worked as a CRM Manager for Secret Escapes, managing CRM initiatives across several regions, and began a career in marketing retention with Win Technologies and sales administration at Standard Textile. Quentin holds a degree from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), earned between 2006 and 2009.
