Ria B. began their career in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative/Tech Support at Teleperformance Philippines. In 2019, they joined Alfa Business Outsourcing - TasksEveryday, where they held two roles, Senior Fraud Analyst and Fraud Risk Analyst. In both roles, they managed business transactions, reported merchant compliance, and handled important business orders. In 2022, they joined Wyre as a Fraud/Risk Operations Associate, where they managed and monitored chargeback disputes, reviewed suspicious account activities, and improved chargeback representments.

Ria B. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of San Jose-Recoletos, which they began in 2014.
