Cyril Trincat has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Cyril started their career at Techmire Ltée as a Project Engineer from March 2001 to October 2006. Cyril then moved on to Seneca as an Engineering Director from October 2006 to November 2011. After that, Cyril worked at CIMA+ as a Project Engineer from November 2011 to October 2012. Cyril then joined Stornoway Diamond Corporation as an Engineering Discipline Lead from October 2012 to May 2017, and later became a Maintenance General Foreman from June 2017 to June 2019. Cyril Trincat then joined Primero Group Ltd as a Senior Project Engineer from June 2019 to April 2020. Currently, they are working at Seneca experts-conseils, where they held the positions of Mechanical Engineer from April 2020 to October 2021, Director of Engineering from October 2021 to April 2022, and is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering since January 2022.

Cyril Trincat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières from 1997 to 2000.
