Charles Shackelford

Charles Shackelford is an accomplished Development Manager with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving at Seneca Group since September 2019, Charles previously held similar roles at Property Group Partners and contributed as a Development Intern at First Potomac Realty Trust. An MBA candidate from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, Charles also gained valuable experience as an intern at Colliers International and demonstrated strong leadership as a Senior Project Engineer at Balfour Beatty Construction, where responsibilities included managing subcontractors and ensuring project timelines and budgets were adhered to. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and completed studies at Woodberry Forest School.
