Zach Mendelsohn is an experienced professional in civil engineering and development management, currently serving as a Development Manager at Seneca Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Zach held several key positions at KATERRA from June 2017 to July 2021, including Mass Timber Program Manager, Director of Civil Engineering, and Project Manager in Civil Engineering and Land Development. Earlier career experiences include working as a Civil Engineer at Magnusson Klemencic Associates from July 2011 to May 2017, and as an Engineering Technician I at RH2 Engineering, Inc. from June 2010 to June 2011. Zach’s career began with a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Heath Tecna in 2008. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same institution (2007-2011).
