Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Gaming Operations DR Pit Manager at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel, starting in January 2006. Steve's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Erie Community College, earned between 1991 and 1993.
