Amanda Barnes

Amanda Barnes is an accomplished financial aid and educational professional with extensive experience in managing financial assistance programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Financial Aid and Scholarships/Bursary Plans at Seneca College since February 2015, Amanda previously held the position of Assistant Director of Financial Aid at the Schulich School of Business, York University from October 2006 to January 2015. Amanda's teaching career spans various schools in Thailand, Korea, Colombia, and New Zealand from May 1997 to September 2003, where expertise was developed in grade school, high school, and adult education. Amanda holds an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Behaviour from Schulich School of Business at York University and has a B.Ed in Business Studies and Social Studies from the University of Regina, along with a BA Hons. in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Guelph.
