Donna Needs

Donna Needs is an experienced coach and educator, currently serving as the Coach and Managing Director of Donna Needs Coaching and Consulting since June 2020. As a Professor at Seneca College since September 2019, Donna teaches Office Administration courses in the School of Management & Entrepreneurship. Previous teaching roles include positions at Algonquin College as a Course Facilitator and Conestoga College, where Donna instructed various business and health sciences courses. Donna has also provided coaching for emerging leaders at BetterUp and held leadership roles such as Vice President of the International Coach Federation UAE Chapter. In addition, Donna has a background in leadership development training and career transition consulting, having worked with companies like WLP Success and LHH Gulf. Donna holds a Master's degree in Training and Development from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's degree in Office Administration from Ryerson University.
