Marcel Badertscher is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Facilitator in Labour Relations and Recruitment & Selection at Seneca Polytechnic since May 2025, Marcel also provides strategic HR leadership as a People & Culture Consultant and Fractional HR Leader for Transform Your People Strategy. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Heartland Farm Mutual, where Marcel focused on strategic human resources and organizational development, and Head of HR at the Ontario College of Teachers, overseeing a comprehensive HR portfolio.
