Vittoria Sgambelluri

Vittoria Sgambelluri has a diverse work history in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources. Vittoria currently holds the role of Director of Talent Attraction, Recruitment & WFP at Seneca College. Prior to this, they worked at MCAP as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Learning, and as a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Vittoria gained experience in recruitment at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and began their career in recruitment and operations at Ceridian Canada Ltd. Vittoria also worked as a Teacher's Assistant in Organizational Behaviour at York University and as a Training Coordinator & HR Support at Longo's.

Vittoria Sgambelluri has a diverse educational background. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resources Management at the same institution. In 2009, Vittoria obtained a Master's in Human Resources Management (MHRM) from the School of Human Resource Management at York University. Additionally, they completed a certification as a Certified Peopleclick Administrator in 2009 from Peopleclick Academy. In 2010, Vittoria obtained a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) designation from AIRS. Lastly, in 2020, they acquired a certification in Employer Branding to Attract Talent from LinkedIn.
