James Griffin

James Griffin possesses extensive experience in strategic transformation and organizational improvement, currently serving as the Head of Transformation and Improvement at Torfaen County Borough Council since November 2018, while also functioning as the Strategic Transformation Lead at the National Assembly for Wales since November 2015. Notable previous roles include Head of Business Performance at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and various leadership positions at Swindon Borough Council, where James developed innovative programs that enhanced community services and reduced costs. Additional experience includes significant contributions to performance and improvement at Sport England and a foundational career in policy and community planning across several councils.
