Alix Orza

Alix Orza is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at SeneGence International since November 2021, Alix previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Heartland Payment Systems from February 2018 to November 2021, and various roles at Chesapeake Energy, including HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist from October 2010 to February 2018. Alix began a career at Target from May 2007 to October 2010, where roles included HR Executive Team Leader and Salesfloor Executive Team Leader. Alix holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History from Rhodes College.
