Shelby Romans

Shelby Romans possesses extensive experience in business development and client relations within the healthcare and sales sectors. Currently, Shelby serves as a Business Development professional at Amatus Health Care since May 2022 and previously held the same role at Heritage Home Health & Hospice. Additionally, Shelby has been an Independent Distributor for SeneGence International since June 2016. Prior roles include Community Relations Manager at Enlivant and various positions at Pacific Union Financial, LLC, where responsibilities included coordinating client accounts and leading teams. Shelby began a career as a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen of America and also gained valuable experience as a Bartender at Mesquites Bar and Grill. Shelby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management from Texas Tech University, earned in 2012.
