Michael Bates has extensive experience in engineering and industrial solutions, currently serving as Manager of Industrial Engineering & Reliability at Senergy Petroleum since July 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Engineering & Industrial Solutions at RelaDyne LLC from January 2018 to July 2020, and previously returned to Senergy Petroleum as Manager of Engineering and Industrial Solutions from December 2013 to 2018. Michael's career began at Maxum Petroleum, Inc., where a tenure as General Manager of Engineering Services lasted from 1989 until February 2013.
