Charmonte Watkins

Charmonte Watkins is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs at SenesTech. Prior to this, they were an Application Support Specialist at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc (U.S.) from June 2013 to June 2014. In this role, they provided technical support and trouble shooting to customers and sale staff in the operation and maintenance of medical devices. Charmonte also coordinated the pick-up and delivery of medical devices to and from customers site, tracked maintenance and repair records of returned medical devices, wrote departmental SOP's and other technical documents, and coordinated with quality management and the service repair center for the return of repaired medical devices to the customer. Watkins then became an Application Support Specialist II/Document Control Liaison at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. from June 2014 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for product complaint investigations, project planning/design to bring new medical devices to market, as well as all of the duties from their previous role. Prior to working at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc., Watkins worked as a Research Associate II at Mars Inc from January 2006 to December 2012.

Charmonte Watkins has a BA in Chemistry from St. Mary's College of Maryland and is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
