Dayle Blencowe

Dayle Blencowe has a strong background in operations and management roles within the biotech and healthcare industries. They have experience as a Consultant at UK Biocentre and Sengenics, where they provided technical expertise and operational support. Dayle also served as the Deputy Laboratory Operations Director at Rosalind Franklin Laboratory NHS Test & Trace and as the Site Lead at PerkinElmer, Inc. They have held global operations and manufacturing management positions at JCC Bowers Group Ltd, MicrotestDx, and Ridgeway Biologicals Ltd. Dayle Blencowe began their education at Cardiff Institute of Higher Education (Llandaff Centre) in 1994, where they pursued a HND Applied Biology degree, completing it in 1996. Subsequently, they attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 1996 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry. Dayle then furthered their studies at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd starting in 1998 and concluding in 2001, during which they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology. Following their PhD, they engaged in a Post Doctoral Fellowship at Cardiff University from 2000 to 2002, specializing in Molecular Microbiology and Environmental Chemistry.
