Tanja Büsgen, PhD

Tanja Büsgen, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning different roles within the scientific industry. Tanja is currently the Director of Sales- Central Europe at Sengenics, a position they have held since June 2022. Previously, from July 2021 to June 2022, they worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Abcam. Prior to that, they held other roles at Abcam including Account Manager from July 2020 to July 2021, Insight sales specialist from July 2019 to July 2020, and Scientific Support Specialist - German/English from October 2017 to June 2019. Before joining Abcam, they worked as a Data Administrator at Abcam from April 2010 to April 2017. Tanja'searlier career includes a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) from April 2005 to May 2009.

From 1999 to 2004, Tanja Büsgen pursued their Doctor of Philosophy at the Max-Planck Institute for Biochemistry. Tanja specialized in Molecular Biology during their doctoral studies.
