Diego Santos

Diego Santos has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an Analyst of Helpdesk of IT at Sitel. Diego then transitioned to VoxAge Serviços Interativos, where they held various positions from 2011 to 2018. Diego started as an Analyst of Systems, responsible for implementing systems for call centers and participating in project planning. Diego then became an Analyst of Projects, supporting the Project Manager in implementing technology and telecom projects. Finally, they became a Project Manager, managing technology and telecom projects to contribute to clients' business growth. In 2018, they joined senhasegura as a Senior Project Manager. Diego later took on roles as Head of Products and currently serves as the Product Strategy and Operations Manager.

Diego Santos has a diverse educational background, consisting of both formal degrees and additional certifications. In terms of their formal education, Diego completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2010 to 2013. Diego then pursued further education in project management and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Vanzolini in 2015.

Moving forward, Diego enrolled in Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) and achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology Management from 2019 to 2020. During the same year, they also attended a team building course at Fundação Vanzolini, focusing on developing high-performance teams.

In terms of their recent educational endeavors, Diego joined FIA Business School in 2021 and completed a program called "Formação de Líderes Digitais – C.D.O. Chief Digital Officer." Though no specific field of study is provided for this program, it emphasizes digital leadership training.
