Shelly Shick-McGlothern

Shelly Shick-McGlothern is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and business operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Senior Aerospace AMT since November 2011, Shelly oversees new machine onboarding projects and assists with various facility operations. As the Owner/Operator of Bad Dog Distillery, LLC since April 2014, responsibilities include business planning, project management, brand development, legal documentation, and sales. Shelly's prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant for the US Marine from July 1993 to December 2008, where coordination of sales seminars and support for executive events were key duties, along with a role as Program Coordinator at Tramco (BF Goodrich) from April 1988 to August 1992, managing a Component Shop Status Program. Educational achievements include a Project Management Certificate in Manufacturing and a Personal Trainer Certificate from Everett Community College, along with a diploma from Marysville Pilchuck.
