Andrew Whitehead CEng-MIMechE is a highly experienced engineer with a background in mechanical engineering. Andrew has held various leadership roles in top aerospace companies such as Senior Aerospace BWT, Versarien® plc, AVS-SYS Ltd, and AvSupport Ltd. Andrew has extensive experience in research and development, composite manufacturing, product development, and project engineering leadership. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Diploma in Management from Stockport College.

Based in the UK, with circa 550 employees BWT is a Senior plc group business specialising in the design, manufacture and testing of ultra-lightweight low pressure ECS ducting systems with proven ability to reduce cost and weight on aircraft throughout the aerospace industry. BWT has two facilities based near Manchester in the UK - one manufacturing facility and one test facility. BWT is accredited to AS9100 Rev D & ISO9001.
