Broek Lewis

Broek Lewis has extensive experience in the field of social work and behavioral health, currently serving as the Associate Director of Behavioral Health & Social Services and Center Manager at Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. since June 2018. Prior to this role, Broek held positions as a Social Worker at CentraCare, Oaklawn Hospital, and Borgess Health. Broek's earlier career includes roles as a Crisis Social Worker at Hope Network Behavioral Health Services and as a Medical Social Work Student Intern at MSU/KCMS Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies.
