Heidi Harrell, PT, DPT, CPHQ, currently serves as the Manager of Therapy at Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E., overseeing a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly across multiple locations in Michigan. Harrell has extensive experience in the rehabilitation field, previously holding positions such as Supervisor Homecare Rehab at Spectrum Health and Physical Therapist at PACE of Southwest Michigan. Additionally, Harrell operated a consulting business that provided various services, including home health and outpatient at home support. A former Manager of Rehab at Cedarwood Medical Center, Harrell has contributed to the field through presentations on fall risk prevention and balance retraining. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology from Andrews University, as well as education from the University of Michigan-Flint.

Our program coordinates and provides care for the at-risk frail elderly population of our community through an integrated team of health care professionals made up of medical doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, recreational therapists, dieticians, and medical social workers all under one roof. This team meets daily to assess the complex health and social needs of our participants and to make any necessary adjustments to the personalized care plan for each individual. Additional medical specialties such as audiology, dentistry, optometry, and podiatry are also offered. Our in-house day center, medical clinic and therapy rooms make it highly convenient for our participants to receive the socialization they need as well as receive comprehensive medical care under one roof.
