Anthony A. Fears, Ph.D., CDPE, SFR began their education journey in 1971 at Howard University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended Antioch University from 1971 to 1973, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. Building upon their passion for education and leadership, Fears went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Union Institute & University between 1997 and 2005. Through their educational journey, Fears has developed a strong foundation in educational leadership, administration, sociology, and psychology.
