Gareth Pyle

Gareth Pyle, Vice President of Direct Sales: Gareth began his career as an independent contractor under the leadership of Mitch Conner and then transitioned to Direct Sales back when there were only four people in the division. He helped build the department from the ground up and has played an integral sales role at Senior Life through the years. Gifted with forethought, discipline and grit, Gareth is an accomplished marathon runner who has finished 13 full marathons, 3 half marathons and hundreds of 5K and 10K races. The training he’s endured as a runner mimics what is true for sales, and he intends to grow the direct sales department to max capacity as he teaches his employees the skills needed for success. He brings over ten years of experience at Senior Life to his position.
