Elizabeth Ann (Mynard) Klepper, PsyD has a diverse range of work experience in the field of psychology. Elizabeth Ann is currently employed at Senior PsychCare as a Licensed Psychologist, Corporate Clinical Director, and Texas Regional Director. Prior to their current position, Dr. Klepper worked at Applied Psychology Group of Texoma as a Postdoc under the supervision of Dr. Jim Harrison. Here, they gained experience in individual, group, couples, and family therapy, psychological and neuropsychological evaluations/testing, and cognitive restructuring training for clients. Elizabeth Ann also provided supervision to master's and doctoral level therapists/counselors. Dr. Klepper has also worked at the Center for Psychological Development as a Postdoc under the supervision of Dr. Jim Harrison, where they further developed their skills. Additionally, they served as a Pre-doctoral Intern at San Antonio State Hospital, where they provided a wide range of services such as inpatient treatment, therapy, case management, school consultation, and assessments for individuals with various mental health conditions. Elizabeth Ann also gained experience in forensic work, including competency and sanity evaluations. Earlier in their career, Dr. Klepper worked as a Practicum Student at Turtle Creek Recovery Center, where they provided residential treatment, outpatient treatment, intervention, and case management for clients with dual diagnoses and economic disadvantages. Elizabeth Ann also worked as a Practicum Student at Prima ADD Corporation, gaining experience in assessment and treatment. In addition to their clinical experience, Dr. Klepper has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and as an Administrative Assistant at Prima ADD Corporation.

Elizabeth Ann started their educational journey in 1998 at Southern Methodist University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University from 2003 to 2007. During this same period, Elizabeth also completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University. Senior PsychCare uses a unique collaborative care model to deliver psychiatric and psychological services to individuals in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities across Texas. Working closely with the nursing home staff we achieve a better quality of life for seniors, staff, and their families. Specific services offered include neuropsychological testing, management of psychotropic medications, advanced senior-specific telemedicine, and overall behavioral health. A key element of our service is the careful coordination with nursing home staff through regular behavioral health rounds, which allows us to ensure each patient is getting the collaborative care they need.
