Lynn Thorne

Lynn Thorne has a diverse work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Lynn is currently serving as a Corporate Sales Trainer & Regional Sales Director at Senior Resource Group since 2023. Lynn previously worked as a Training Leader at Stanford University for the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program. Lynn has also held roles as a Sales Learning Specialist at Brookdale Senior Living and as a Sales Training Specialist at Emeritus Senior Living. Lynn has experience in community relations as a Community Relations Liaison at Seattle Medical and Rehabilitation and as a Director of Community Relations at Stafford Healthcare. Lynn has also served as a Director of Marketing at Avalon Health Care, Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence, and as a Social Services worker at Franciscan Care Center and Avamere Health Services.

Lynn Thorne began their education at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Lynn then pursued further education at the University of Oklahoma, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Human Relations from 1999 to 2001. In 2009 to 2011, Lynn enrolled at Capella University and completed their M.Ed. degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. Currently, Lynn Thorne is working towards a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University, a course of study they began in 2012 and is expected to graduate from in 2026.
