Sara Padilla

Sara Padilla has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Sara is currently the Vice President of Health Services at Senior Resource Group, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Merrill Gardens as the VP of Resident Care from August 2016 to August 2021. Before that, they were the Sr. Director of Service Alignment at Brookdale from August 2014 to August 2016. Sara also held various roles at Emeritus Senior Living, including Vice President of Quality Service Programs from March 2010 to July 2014 and National Director of Quality Services from August 2007 to March 2010. Sara started their career at Emeritus as the Regional Director of Quality Services in 2002.

From 1993 to 1995, Sara Padilla attended Indian River State College. During their time there, they focused on studying Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
