Diane Taylor has a diverse work experience in the HR and recruitment field. Diane worked as a Human Resources Director at Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia from 2016 to the present, where they provided support to directors and managers on employee relations issues and integrated HRMS for efficiency and consistency. Prior to that, they worked at Expert Global Solutions as a Recruitment Manager from 2012 to 2016, overseeing full cycle recruitment and guiding new candidates through the hiring process. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Sentara Healthcare, first as an HR Associate and later as a Recruitment Coordinator, where they handled new hire processes, conducted screenings and interviews, and participated in career fairs.
Diane Taylor obtained their high school diploma in 1996 from Clio Area High School, where they focused on general studies. Moving forward, in 2007 they pursued further education at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies. This led to their completion of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2009, with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and General Accounting.

A private, nonprofit organization, Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia provides services for older residents in Chesapeake, Franklin, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Isle of Wight and Southampton counties in Virginia. Entering our 49th year, Senior Services is the regional Area Agency on Aging, supporting and enriching the lives of seniors and their families through advocacy, education, information, and comprehensive services. Our mission is to "help seniors to live with choice and dignity in their communities." For nearly half a century, Senior Services has changed the lives of tens of thousands of the region’s seniors for the better. We’ve served over two million meals, contributed more than six million hours of senior volunteer services, driven seniors over 11 million miles, and helped thousands of seniors live in their homes independently as an alternative to nursing home care.
