Dhemelle Santana is an experienced recruitment and selection analyst currently working at Senior Sistemas since November 2021, where Dhemelle integrates the Business Squad and participates in the end-to-end recruitment process while also engaging in the Diversity and Inclusion committee. Prior to this role, Dhemelle worked as an Assistant in Recruitment & Selection at RECRUTAR RECURSOS HUMANOS, and served as a Consultant responsible for curriculum analysis and client interactions. Dhemelle started the career as an intern, assisting candidates and performing curriculum evaluations. Dhemelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UniSociesc Centro Universitário (2017-2022) and a Lato Sensu Postgraduate degree in Professional and Technological Education from IFSC - Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina (2022-2023).
