Niniana Thompson is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in senior living management, currently serving as the Executive Director at Senior Star since April 2023. Previously, Niniana held the role of Executive Director at Enlivant from October 2020 to April 2023 and worked at American Senior Communities as the Director of Social Services and Certified Nurse Assistant Preceptor from February 2018 to October 2020. Early career roles included Certified Nursing Assistant at The Waters Senior Living and managerial positions in the restaurant industry at Pizzeria Manufaktur. Niniana is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, complementing an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Indiana University East.
