Shadoworee Betts has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Nursing at Gatesway Foundation, Inc. Shadoworee then joined St. John's Medical Center in 2007 as an RN until 2010. In 2009, they joined Inverness Village as the Director of Health Services, a position they held until 2018. From 2017 to the present, they have been working at Senior Star, starting as the Director of Health Services and progressing to the role of Regional Vice President of Clinical Services. In 2021, they became the Senior Vice President, and in 2023, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Shadoworee Betts attended Tulsa Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Afterward, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing at The University of Tulsa.
