Diana Novitsky

Diana Novitsky has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years. Diana began their career as a Case Manager at JBFCS from 1996 to 2001. Diana then worked as a Social Work Intern at JASA for a year before moving on to FEGS as a Social Work Intern from 2005 to 2006. Diana then joined Shore View Nursing Home as a Masters of Social Work from 2006 to 2008. Their next role was at Visiting Nurse Service of New York as a Licensed Master of Social Work, where they provided a wide range of social work services from 2008 to 2014. Diana transitioned to Jewish Home Lifecare as an LMSW Social Work Care Manager from 2015 to 2017. Their most recent position is at Senior Whole Health as a Senior Care Manager since 2018.
