Lisa Abreau

Lisa Abreau is an experienced RN Care Manager with a strong background in Utilization Management. Since March 2012, Lisa has been with Senior Whole Health, where responsibilities include conducting inpatient and outpatient prior authorizations, engaging in critical incident reporting, and collaborating on Clinical Rounds and care transition assessments. Prior to this, Lisa worked as an RN Case Manager at Kindred Healthcare from December 2009 to March 2012, overseeing case management for a 176-bed facility and managing care coordination and discharge planning. Additionally, Lisa served as an MDS Assistant at Maples Rehabilitation and Nursing and as a Staff Nurse at the Department of Veterans Affairs from 1991 to 1999.
