Rima Girnius

Rima Girnius has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rima started their career as an Editor/Broadcaster/Program Anchor at NATIONAL RADIO AND TELEVISION in Lithuania from 1988 to 1994.

In 1996, they joined Tufts Health Plan and worked there for almost two decades. Rima held various roles including Healthcare Analyst, IS Software Quality Assurance Analyst, and Claims Examiner/Analyst. Rima was responsible for healthcare data analysis, quality improvement, research, and report preparation.

From 2014 to 2018, Rima worked at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services as a Fiscal Analyst/Program Coordinator III. In this role, they conducted research and analysis on Medicaid population healthcare cost and utilization, organized meetings and webinars, and worked with Medicaid population data.

Currently, Rima is employed at Senior Whole Health as a Quality Program Manager and HEDIS Manager. Rima'sresponsibilities in this role include managing HEDIS production and health plans.

Rima Girnius has a diverse educational background. Rima attended Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned both a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Journalism and Communications. Later, from 2000 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Sociology at UMass Boston.
