Mary Katherine Erwin

Mary Katherine Erwin has extensive work experience in the healthcare and social services field. Mary Katherine most recently worked as an Assessment Care Manager at Careforth and Caregiver Homes, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Options Counselor Care Manager at SWIRCA & More from October 2012 to November 2021.

Before transitioning to care management, Mary worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Families Thru International Adoption from December 2006 to September 2012. In this role, they managed the front office, provided administrative support to the CEO and Executive Director, and served as the liaison for IT-related matters.

Earlier in their career, Mary worked as a Social Services - Clinician at the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Department for Community Based Services from April 1999 to December 2006.
