Rachel M. Richards

Rachel M. Richards is the SVP of Government Programs & Government Relations at Seniorlink. Rachel has over 15 years of experience in the public sector, most recently serving as the Assistant Secretary at the Executive Office of Elder Affairs from September 2007 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for administering long-term care programs and services for elders, their families, and caregivers. Prior to that, they served as the Director of MassHealth Office of Long Term Care from September 2003 to September 2011 where they oversaw the state's Medicaid program. Rachel has a deep understanding of the public policy process and is a strong advocate for seniors and their families.

Rachel M. Richards has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Mount Holyoke College and also studied at Bowdoin College and Lexington High School.

They are on a team with Katie Tardiff - SVP, Clinical Programs & Services, Eric Daniels - Chief Growth Officer, and Cindy Hale - SVP, Chief Marketing & Experience Officer. Rachel M. Richards reports to Matt Marek, President & CEO.
