Namrata Yocom-Jan is the President of Seniors Helping Seniors(r) since May 2016, where a focus on enhancing seniors' quality of life and fostering meaningful connections with franchise owners and team members is paramount. Previously, Namrata served as Executive Vice President, specializing in franchise development and marketing outreach to prospective business owners. Prior to joining Seniors Helping Seniors, Namrata held the role of Vice President of Franchise Development and was instrumental in establishing GE Money Bank's credit card operations in Switzerland as a Master Black Belt at GE Money. With a background in corporate audits at GE and certifications in Six Sigma, Namrata combines extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, and operational improvement. Namrata earned a BA in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.
