Namrata Bagaria

Namrata Bagaria is an experienced professional with a diverse background in aging, healthcare, and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Podcaster for Seniors Junction (Healthy Skills Inc.) since August 2020, Namrata has produced and hosted 55 episodes focused on aging and innovation. As the Chief Executive Officer, Namrata leads initiatives to engage seniors through Music Appreciation Lectures and promotes lifelong learning. In a recent role as Project Manager at Perley Health from June 2023 to November 2024, Namrata managed a team to implement Esprit AI Sensor technology, enhancing resident care. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant for the Re:Garde project, where Namrata supported a program leveraging VR technology to improve seniors' visual perception. Namrata holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard University and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Digital Transformation and Innovation at the University of Ottawa, along with an MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Medical College.
