Sergey Prokhorov

Sergey Prokhorov is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and platform management. Currently serving as Lead Platform Engineer at sennder since June 2023, Sergey previously held the position of Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Mondu, where the first engineer with a DevOps/SRE background addressed architectural issues and established the Platform team. Prior experience includes leading a DevOps team at Quandoo, overseeing infrastructure for numerous applications and facilitating cloud migration, as well as key roles at Geschenkidee D&A GmbH and Mail.Ru Group, focusing on infrastructure migration and management. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Manager of trade from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and further specialized training in computer systems.
