Adrian Slowik has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2023. Adrian has held multiple roles at various companies, showcasing their expertise in application software, skill portfolio management, hardware and software development for banking and retail, project management, and research. Adrian started their career at avodaq AG as a Trainer and Consultant for IP Networks, specializing in Cisco Powered Networks, routing, switching, network management, and firewalls. Adrian then joined Paderborn University as a Researcher before moving to Wincor Nixdorf as a Project Manager and later as the Head of Department. At Diebold Nixdorf, Adrian served as the Head of R&D Singapore and was responsible for developing ATMs, POS equipment, all-in-one PCs, displays, printers, and other peripherals. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Application Software at Sennheiser.
Adrian Slowik holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Automatic Parallelization from Paderborn University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Compilers and Programming Languages; Parallel Programming from the same university between 1987 and 1993. Adrian has also earned additional certifications in TensorFlow and Deep Learning through Coursera Course Certificates in 2020.
