Heike Heese

Heike Heese, LL.M., currently serves as Legal Services Manager at Sennheiser and is a member of the Anticounterfeiting Committee at the International Trademark Association (INTA) since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Heike was Senior Trademark Counsel at Lubberger Lehment from February 2012 to December 2023, with a focus on intellectual property law, enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting activities. Responsibilities included managing customs applications, handling border seizure proceedings, and conducting training for customs and police authorities. Heike holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Media Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law and Economics from IU International University of Applied Sciences.
