Roland Diaz de Leon has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Roland started their career at Sony Semiconductor as a Process Engineer in 2000, where they worked for three years. In 2003, they joined Continental as a Sr. Process Engineer and later took on the role of Maintenance Manager. Roland ended their tenure at Continental as a PVSM in 2016. In the same year, they joined VT Industries as a Technical Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Manufacturing at Seno Medical since January 2020.

Roland Diaz de Leon obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Maintenance Technology from St. Philips College from 1989 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1997 to 2000.
