Alayna Lafleur

Alayna LaFleur is a multifaceted writer and media production professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as a Writer at SenovvA since May 2023, Alayna scripts and story edits documentary-style videos, focusing on personal narratives. At Story Planet, Alayna facilitates workshops that empower youth from equity-seeking communities to develop their writing skills. Previous roles include Associate Producer at CBC Kids News, where Alayna produced content for a tween demographic, and Switcher-Director at CBC Toronto, where Alayna made history as the first Black female in that position.
