Vivienne So

Vivienne So has a wealth of experience in the ecommerce industry, having worked in various roles since 2007. Vivienne began their career as an intern at Starcom MediaVest Group, Gen Art, and STARWORKS Group. In 2009, they were an E-Commerce Manager at ROGAN and Loomstate and a Production Assistant at LTP. In 2013, they Co-Founded ZOETIK and was an E-Commerce & Web Marketing Manager at Time's Arrow. From 2015 to 2021, Vivienne held roles at Frette, including Global Director of E-Commerce, Senior Manager of Ecommerce, and Ecommerce Manager. Most recently, they were the Head Of Ecommerce at SENREVE.

Vivienne So obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Sociology from Northwestern University in 2008. Vivienne also holds a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop), which they obtained in January 2021.
