Katherine Lockley has extensive experience in customer success roles. Katherine began their career at OFFICE CHRISTMAS LTD as an Events Organiser, where they successfully organized a wide range of events for high-profile clients. Katherine then worked as a Digital Production Assistant at Bozboz and as an Editorial Intern at Simon and Schuster. In 2017, Katherine joined Kineo as a Project Coordinator, where they gained experience in project management. Katherine then moved on to Pragmatic as a Project Manager before transitioning to Elucidat as a Customer Success Manager. At Elucidat, they were responsible for managing customer relationships. Currently, they work at Sensat as a Customer Success Team Lead, where they lead and mentors a team of Customer Success Managers and Executives. Additionally, they are a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software's Coaching Corner program, providing coaching sessions to individuals aspiring to become Customer Success Leaders.
Katherine Lockley attended East Barnet School from 2009 to 2011 for their high school education. From 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature at the University of Essex.
