Andres Solache

Andres Solache serves as the Sr Director of Global Operations for the Clean Energy Solutions business unit at Sensata Technologies, overseeing operations at multiple internal sites, including Gigavac Aguascalientes and LiBal in Denmark, as well as managing relationships with contract manufacturers. With previous experience as Sr Director of M&A Global Operations, Andres has contributed significantly to the integration of acquired companies and the management of operational risks. Prior roles at Sensata include Plant Manager and Operations Director for various business units, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with multiple industry standards and overseeing extensive manufacturing operations. Earlier experience at Texas Instruments included positions as Operations Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and Process Engineer. Andres holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya.
